Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must include all original tags, labels, accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • You must provide a valid receipt, order number, or proof of purchase
  • The return request must be approved by us before the item is shipped back

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or may only qualify for a partial refund at our discretion.

  • Photos or videos of the item, if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described

 


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or receiving an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Depending on the reason for the return, we may provide a return shipping label. If a return label is provided and the return is not due to our error, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us at:

within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos or videos showing the issue, along with your order number.

We will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another suitable solution.

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications is not eligible for a refund or replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Items without original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or parts
  • Personal care or hygiene-related items
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products
  • Clearance, final sale, or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Items returned without prior approval

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our return requirements.


Sale Items and Final Sale Items

Sale items, clearance items, promotional items, discounted items, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get a different item is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the item you want.


Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item.

We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Partial Refunds

We may issue a partial refund if:

  • The item is returned with missing packaging, accessories, tags, parts, or manuals
  • The item shows signs of use, wear, washing, damage, odor, stains, or alteration
  • The item is returned late but accepted at our discretion
  • The item is not returned in the same condition it was received

We reserve the right to deduct costs for missing parts, damaged packaging, cleaning, restocking, or reduced resale value.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees, reshipping fees, or carrier charges.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in these cases.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving the item, subject to this policy.


Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if we suspect fraud, abuse of our return policy, excessive return activity, false damage claims, altered photos, or any attempt to misuse our policies.

We may require additional verification before approving a return or refund.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • With all original tags, labels, accessories, parts, and packaging
  • In its original packaging

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

This cooling-off period does not apply to items that are excluded by law, including certain hygiene products, personal care goods, custom items, perishable goods, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened.
